What the service does
You give us a website address. We fetch its publicly available pages, up to the free page limit, and show you a sitemap, its internal link structure and an AI readiness score for each page. The score is our own opinion, calculated by a published method you can read on the scoring guide. It is not a Google ranking, it is not a guarantee of traffic, and no search engine endorses it.
You can also ask us to watch a domain and re-scan it weekly. That is a free, best-effort service capped at 50 pages per check, and we may withdraw it at any time.
Fair use
- Scans are rate limited per IP address and capped daily. Do not try to work around those limits.
- Do not use the tool to attack, overload or map a site you have no legitimate interest in.
- Do not scan private, internal or authenticated systems. The tool blocks private addresses, and you must not try to defeat that.
- Do not resell the raw output as your own product. You are free to use a scan of your own or a client's site in your own work.
Optional Growth Report
When available, the Growth Report is a one-off £19 purchase for one completed scan.ND Media Ltd (company no. 10784524), 17 Gainsborough Road, Reading, RG30 3DB, United Kingdom, is the seller of the report; Stripe processes card payments and shows the final total before you pay. Prices are in GBP with no VAT added unless shown at checkout. A clearly marked test checkout is not a live purchase. This is not a subscription and there is no automatic renewal.
The paid report is an automated implementation workbook: ordered, page-specific tasks, observed evidence, suggested implementation steps and acceptance checks. It uses only the pages already fetched in the selected scan, with up to 100 tasks and any omitted tasks disclosed. It does not buy a larger crawl, new keyword or competitor data, automatic Search Console access, ongoing monitoring or implementation work. Basic scan findings, the existing action report and private Search Console imports remain free.
Access begins after our server verifies payment. The report can be read and downloaded for 30 days after payment, stored in this browser; keep a downloaded copy if you need it later. It is a snapshot, not a report that updates automatically. Use the report page's "Copy private access link" to keep a backup link for reopening it from another browser or device. We do not email this link. Anyone holding that link can open the purchased report during the access period.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase on request. For a missing, incorrect or inaccessible report, or to request a refund, contact hello@sunnypatel.co.uk with your order reference. A full refund ends online access to the purchased report; it cannot remove a copy you have already downloaded. Nothing here removes your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Scan links are public
Every scan gets a link. Anyone holding that link can see the scan. Do not put anything in a scan you would not want shared, and treat the link as you would any unlisted URL. The full scan, every page and every finding, is deleted automatically after 90 days. A scan summary (your domain, the scan date, page count, average score, and similar aggregate numbers, never page-by-page detail) is kept afterward so scan history, comparisons and the embeddable score badge keep working, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Email us and we will delete that too.
If your site was scanned
Anyone can scan any public website, in the same way anyone can view its pages or a search engine can crawl them. If a scan of your site exists and you want it deleted, email hello@sunnypatel.co.uk with the link and we will remove it. We will also honour a robots.txt rule that blocks our crawler.
Share your experience pilot
We sometimes invite a small number of people to share an honest public post about using the tool, in return for one larger crawl. It is invitation-only and off by default. Taking part is entirely optional and changes nothing about the free service.
The reward is one crawl of up to 150 pages in place of your usual 20 or 50 page limit. It is not 150 extra pages, it cannot be combined with itself, it has no cash value, there is one per person, and it expires 30 days after we approve it. Sites whose sitemap lists 150 pages or fewer are already crawled in full for free, so the reward adds nothing there. Our normal rate limits and robots.txt handling still apply.
The reward does not depend on what you say. A mixed, critical or unresolved experience is just as eligible as a positive one, and we will never ask you to praise the tool, change your conclusion, repeat set wording, or buy or exchange likes, reposts or follows. Your post must clearly say that you are receiving a benefit, in the post itself, and must follow the rules of the platform you post on. We link those rules on the pilot page.
Submitting a link sends it to us for review by a person. It is not checked automatically and we do not treat a submitted link as a verified post. We may decline a submission, usually because the disclosure is missing or unclear, and you can correct it and submit again. We may close a place in the pilot at any time.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
The tool is provided as it is. Crawling the live web is imperfect: pages change, servers time out, and a scan can be incomplete or wrong. We do not promise the service will be available or accurate, and you should not make an irreversible business decision on a scan alone without checking it.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, and subject to your statutory rights, our total liability for the affected service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Free scans have no purchase price.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. The offer shown before payment describes what a paid purchase includes; later changes do not remove the access period already purchased.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
